Our commitment
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use TripleBroker.com. We are working to make the site meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site does not yet fully meet every guideline, and we keep improving it.
If anything on the site is hard for you to use, please tell us. We will work with you to get you the information or help you need.
What we have done
- Chosen text and button colors for readable contrast, including large, bold text on our orange buttons.
- Added a visible outline to links, buttons, and form fields when you move through the site with a keyboard.
- Added a “Skip to main content” link, page landmarks, and headings in a logical order.
- Given form fields visible labels and marked the required ones.
- Added text alternatives to meaningful images and icons, and hidden decorative ones from screen readers.
- Sized text so it follows your browser’s font-size setting and can be zoomed.
- Kept the design simple: no carousels, auto-playing media, or animations, and no content that appears only on hover. Smooth scrolling is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Built layouts that adapt to phone screens.
Known limitations
Some pages link to websites run by other organizations, such as the online loan application, government license-lookup sites, and X. We do not control how accessible those sites are. If you have trouble with one of them, contact us and we will help you another way.
Get help or report a barrier
Use our contact form in accessibility-request mode. You do not need to give a phone number or agree to text messages to send an accessibility request.
It helps to include:
- The address of the page, or the name of the page.
- What you were trying to do and what went wrong.
- The browser and any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader or screen magnifier.
- How you would like us to provide the information you need.
