TripleBroker.com (the “site”) is operated by Properkey (doing business as Triple Broker). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Properkey (doing business as Triple Broker) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 2. No professional relationship

Using this site or submitting a form does not create an agency, brokerage, loan, or insurance relationship; any such relationship requires a separate written agreement.

3. Insurance quotes and loans

A quote request does not bind, change, or cancel insurance coverage; nothing on this site is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit. Insurance coverage is provided only by an insurance company under the policy it issues, and any loan is subject to the lender’s approval and terms.

4. Information you send us

Please give accurate information, and send only your own information or information you have permission to share.

Information you submit through our contact or quote forms is handled under our Privacy Policy; we do not publicly display or publish it. If you send us unsolicited feedback about this website, we may use it without compensation.

We may disclose information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5. Text messages (SMS)

Our contact form and insurance quote form ask for your phone number and your consent to be called and texted. Checking the consent box is required to submit those forms. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, loan, insurance, or other goods or services. You do not need to give a phone number or agree to texts to make a privacy or accessibility request.

By checking the consent box, you confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the phone number you give us.

  • Who sends the messages: Alexander Good and Triple Broker (a DBA of Properkey).
  • What we send: messages about your request, and marketing messages about our real estate, mortgage, and insurance services. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
  • How often: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final message confirming that you have opted out. If you change or give up your phone number, please reply STOP from that number first.
  • Help: reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it. You may not obtain or try to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the site.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and all information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied. Properkey (doing business as Triple Broker) and its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the information on the site for any purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Properkey (doing business as Triple Broker) or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including without limitation damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the site. This section does not limit any obligation we have under a separate written agreement with you.

10. Access and governing law

We may, in our sole discretion, end or restrict your access to the site or any part of it at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in San Diego County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the site.

12. Trademarks

TRIPLE BROKER and TRIPLEBROKER.COM are fictitious business names (DBAs) of Properkey.

The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you use the site after that date, the updated Terms apply.
